CSO issued an RFP in March 2021 for centrally held open end commissioning contracts. Twenty-five proposals were received. In mid-2021, 13 firms were selected for contracts. The contracts were executed and in place for use in the Fall of 2021. They are two-year contracts, with two options for renewals of two years each.
